Capacity Building and Technical Assistance

The Tehama County Community Action Agency provides Technical Assistance for partner agencies and agency staff to build their capacity and resources in meeting the needs of Tehama County’s low-income population.  This is also done through community events, educating local and state leaders on the goals and purpose of the Tehama County Community Action Agency and our goal of increasing self-sufficiency for low-income community members.
